Hydraulic Distributors appointed Australian Agent for Marine Steering

After a successful visit to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Marine Machinery & Equipment in Japan in October 2018, we are excited to announce that Hydraulic Distributors have been appointed as the official Australian Agent for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Marine Machinery & Equipment.

Building on our 2016 accreditation as the Australian Agent for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Machinery Systems, Ltd. which includes deck cranes & deck machinery, Hydraulic Distributors are now also authorised to repair marine steering systems from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Marine Machinery & Equipment.

Managing Director of Hydraulic Distributors, Warren Mottram, states:

Throughout the years, Hydraulic Distributors have completed maritime jobs for major clients such as Carnival Cruise Liners, P&O, Princess Cruises, as well as numerous liquid natural gas tankers and bulk carriers. This work has involved completing jobs in locations such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Fiji, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Indonesia and even Russia.

Being based in Sydney, Hydraulic Distributors are able to fly to most areas in Australia and the Asia-Pacific within 24 hours, allowing vessels to get moving again and to minimise financial loss.
