Pump Repair on Bitumen Crack Sealing Machine

Recently our team got to work fault finding on a hydraulic pump that was not working on a bitumen crack sealing machine.

First, we tested the pump for operation and found the drive plate and coupling had stripped splines. After replacing the drive plate and coupling, we tested the machine for operation and were able to return it to our customer, ensuring they were able to complete their scheduled projects in the evening.
